Working on the idea of an extension of the existing site, the concept of the mangrove inspired the initial design for the project. The roots became the area for open communication, the trunks then worked as a basis for circulation, and the canopy became the concept of the skin which envelopes the program of the building and reacts to different natural conditions with changes of the glass. The translucent nature of the skin allows for a direct view through the building.
